2. How Do I Schedule Services?
We understand you are already busy, so we have created a scheduling system that makes your life much easier. Simply visit our website and click on the top right and you’ll be guided through our easy and simple booking process. Once you have selected the desired services simply click “confirm” and we will get notified of your booking, and you will receive a confirmation notification. Our photographer will come onsite at time of shoot, provide the services, and then your images will be delivered the next day. It really doesn’t get any easier or better than this!
3. How Long Does It Take To Get The Pictures Back?
We guarantee a 24hr turn around time on images (except Saturday shoots), but 99% of the time we get it to you the following morning. Video can take 2-3 days

5. Do You Have A Cancellation Policy?
We aim to be as accommodating as we can to postpone and reschedule listing shoots. We ask that you give us a heads-up within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If we show up and the property is not ready for photography, we will charge a $100 cancellation fee.

The interactive floorplan builder enables the creation of iimmersive guided tours, while images and video content can be delivered and downloaded seamlessly on any device. Designed with easy access and a clean interface, the platform also integrates postcards and social media ads for enhanced marketing.

7. Copyrights?
Just as a singer keeps the rights to all of his songs, yet you’re still able to buy his songs online and enjoy them as much as you want, we likewise keep the copyrights of all our images, yet give you the right to enjoy and use them as much as you’d like for marketing your listings. Royalty rights on commercial properties are subject to additional costs, please inquire.
8. Do You Photoshop The Sky?
Almost always. All skies that aren’t visually appealing are replaced with blue skies with some puff clouds. There is no extra charge for this service because we find this to be extremely valuable in the PNW since we often have gray clouds. We are also able to photoshop almost any items in the photos at an additional cost.
9. Should I Stage The House?
Yes! A staged home is capable of placing the viewer right into the living space. It gives a dynamic and realistic representation of the interior. If possible, absolutely stage the space! We provide amazing virtual staging at only $50/photo. so if you cant physically stage the house, we can do it virtually and at fraction of the cost of real staging.
10. Does Great Photography Really Matter?
It absolutely does! The quality of photos is a direct reflection of you! Poor photography reflects negatively on your and your brand. According to the National Association of Realtors and Carnegie Mellon University, buyers spend more than 60% of their time looking at the photos and only about 20% reading the description; nearly 75% of sellers prefer to list with an agent that uses video with their listing photos; and listings that include aerial drone photography tend to sell almost 70% faster than listings that do not. High quality images generate roughly 20% more demand compared to standard/ low quality. So yes, professional real estate photography is EXTREMELY important. 11. Is Video Important?
There is a reason most people today spend most of their time and attention on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook instead of reading the newspaper. The reason? Video content! Research dictates that social media video content is shared over 1,200% more than images and text combined! If there is a video on a web page, the user is likely to spend 90% MORE time on that page than if there was no video. So yes, the answer is simple – real estate video is essential!
